1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
The date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the wedding date.

2. Cancellation

If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the wedding, the full balance remains payable.

In the unlikely event that the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement photographer with a similar style and skill set.

If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, all monies paid will be refunded. Liability is limited to the total amount paid.

3. Coverage & Deliverables

Coverage will be provided as agreed in the selected package.
Final edited images will be delivered within approximately 8-10 weeks of the wedding date.

The number of images delivered is at the Photographer’s discretion.

4. Creative Style

The Client acknowledges they are familiar with the Photographer’s style and editing approach. Artistic interpretation, composition, and editing remain at the Photographer’s discretion.

5. Image Usage

The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.
The Client receives a personal-use licence to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.

The Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the wedding.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from venues and ensuring the Photographer has access to all relevant locations.

A meal must be provided for the Photographer for bookings exceeding 5 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken with digital files and backups, in the unlikely event of total loss or technical failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
